0046 — Forbid Warp Sink Inside Bubble (Worldgen Invariant)

Status

Folded into SYSTEMS/special-formations-generation.md (2026-06-19). The galaxy generator forbids stamping a WARP_SINK whose anchor sits inside any BUBBLE / DEAD_END_BUBBLE / GOLD_BUBBLE interior; Bubble-family formations stamp first and the Phase 13 gate cross-checks the invariant.

Context

A Warp Sink inside a Bubble interior is a "trap inside a trap" with no coherent recovery path and breaks the Bubble's single-articulation-point topology, so the combination is forbidden by construction.
