0018 — Per-Action Faction Reputation Deltas as Canonical Balance

Folded into FEATURES/gameplay/factions-and-teams.md (2026-06-19); superseded in part by ADR-0032. Established that per-action faction-rep deltas are canonical balance owned by the docs (even though the code surface is a generic signed-int parameter); its mission-completion entries were superseded and several deltas re-tuned by ADR-0032 (notably the trade tick +1 / 10,000 cr → +1 / 5,000 cr).

Arbitrated where the per-action faction-rep balance numbers live (design docs, not the schema-level integer parameter).

Folded into FEATURES/gameplay/factions-and-teams.md — the trigger table now lives there as canonical prose, but defer to ADR-0032 for the current canonical numbers (the live trigger table reflects the 0032-retuned values, not 0018's legacy table). This record is retained for decision history per the append-only ADR policy.
