Folded into FEATURES/gameplay/ranking.md (2026-06-19). Recorded the explicit drop of the legacy 9-tier names (Hero/Honorable/Good/Friendly/Questionable/Untrustworthy/Hostile) so they don't re-surface; the 8-tier scheme (per ADR-0003) is canonical.
