Status¶
Folded into FEATURES/gameplay/ships.md (2026-06-19). Ship destruction creates a salvageable CargoWreck holding a damage-type-modulated fraction of the lost cargo (EMP 80–100% down to Missile 20–40%), persisting until salvaged at 1 turn / 100 units, with a 1-hour owner/team grace window whose breach triggers Suspect Status plus a −25 personal-reputation hit.
Context¶
Decided what happens to a destroyed ship's cargo, replacing the broken _transfer_emergency_cargo escape-pod transfer with a persistent, salvageable wreck.
Folded into¶
The durable rule now lives in FEATURES/gameplay/ships.md (Cargo Wreck lifecycle, damage-recovery table, salvage time-cost, grace period, and suspect-flag rules). This record is retained for decision history per the append-only ADR policy.
