0016 — Aggregate ML Pipeline Dropped, Per-Player ARIA Only

Status

Folded into FEATURES/gameplay/aria-companion.md (2026-06-19). Decided strict per-player ARIA isolation: the aggregate cross-player ML pipeline (the ai_market_predictions / ai_model_performance / ai_training_data tables, the KPI targets, and the scikit-learn / Prophet / Pandas / NumPy dependencies) is dropped, and there is no cross-player gene flow or global model.

Context

Arbitrated whether ARIA may aggregate data across players, between a legacy aggregate-ML spec and a legacy zero-knowledge-transfer spec.

Folded into FEATURES/gameplay/aria-companion.md. The durable per-player isolation rule now lives there as prose ("There is no aggregate telemetry across players' ARIA data… This is a hard architectural rule"); that doc is the canonical reference. This record is retained for decision history per the append-only ADR policy.
