0006 — Galaxy Evolution by Region Attachment Only

Status

Folded into DATA_MODELS/galaxy.md (2026-06-19). Decided that the galaxy evolves only by region attachment to the Central Nexus; in-place mutation (Warp Shifts, Expanding Frontier) is dropped and Sector Events fold into active_events.

Context

Arbitrated whether the universe evolves by in-place galaxy mutation or by player-region attachment, and the fate of the dead warp_shifts_enabled / expansion_enabled columns.

Folded into DATA_MODELS/galaxy.md — the Galaxy table spec omits warp_shifts_enabled and expansion_enabled, and the events JSONB points at sector-scoped phenomena, so the rule is realized there.
