ADR 0149 — Max GO merge sw2102-docs PR #70 monetization GC routes (LEG-DEC-854)

Context

Canon-edge type: Conflict. Human Decision LEG-DEC-854 asked whether the Closer may merge Nebuspace/sw2102-docs#70 to main to land LEG-3620's monetization.md sec 4.4 GC grant/revoke routes honesty fix. Decision status is answered; selected label is Approve merge of #70 to main.

LEG-3620 (monetization.md sec 4.4 GC grant/revoke routes, tip-PRESENT fix) is one of two Work Orders carried by PR #70 (head 663263d), alongside LEG-3627. PR #70 is OPEN, MERGEABLE, and Workers Builds CI is SUCCESS. Files changed: OPERATIONS/admin-ui.md and OPERATIONS/monetization.md.

LEG-3620's prior pr_ref cited closed PR #69; that PR was superseded by #70, which dropped the ARIA security-ops portion (LEG-3615, separate delivery per LEG-DEC-852 / ADR-0148) but retained the monetization.md sec 4.4 change.

Sibling approval shares the same Max-gated public-push safety-list gate as LEG-DEC-852.

Decision

The human selected Approve merge of #70 to main. Closer is authorized to merge PR #70 to main for the monetization GC routes honesty fix (LEG-3620), alongside the co-carried LEG-3627 admin-ui changes in the same PR.

Consequences

  • Closer may merge Nebuspace/sw2102-docs#70 to main once CI remains green.
  • LEG-3615 ARIA security-ops honesty remains a separate, unmerged scope.
  • Public docs auto-deploy on main push; future pushes remain LEG-DEC-73 Max-gated.
  • Docs-only change; live-prove n/a.
